ABOUT US

BeeFriend Project was formed in 2014 in response to the growing number of bee colony losses over the last decade and concern for the future of our planet's ability to sustain our ecosystem for the generations of humans, plants, and animals to come. We see Nature and our environment being exploited in ways that are having devastating consequences, not only to humanity, but to all of the plant and animal kingdoms as well.

We are aware that to some, the idea of getting seeds into people's hands as a way to help heal Nature may seem like a very simple and maybe even somewhat useless endeavor, considering the scale and severity of the problem; however, we also know that one simple act can have a ripple effect that reaches far beyond anything we are aware of or could even imagine and that a tiny seed can fill a field with flowers.

We formed Beefriend Project not only to call attention to and provide information about the vanishing numbers of bees and butterflies in recent years, but to also offer wildflower seeds so that people can act now before the pollinators are gone.

You can make a difference in the preservation and renewal of  the bees, butterflies and all other pollinators by simply planting a seed now.

We choose to act now to prevent the endangerment and extinction of the creatures that are responsible for our sustenance, our global food system. To help preserve and restore the delicate balance of life on our Mother Earth.

Based in the Southern California area, we are currently raising funds to become a non-profit 501c3 organization.

We are staffed by all volunteers and are funded by donations for our hand-made seed products, our outreach programs, and generous contributions from concerned people like you.

100% of the profits and donations received go directly to the effort to preserve bees, butterflies and all pollinators by our educational community outreach programs and distribution of free wildflower seeds.
